Mandatory Skills
Expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
Strong knowledge of cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and mobile backend services.
Proficiency in API design (REST, GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, and app store guidelines.
Years of Experience Required 15+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in mobile application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
o Define and implement mobile application architecture, frameworks, and standards.
o Ensure scalability, performance, and security in mobile solutions.
o Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Development & Integration
o Guide teams in building native, hybrid, and cross-platform mobile applications.
o Oversee integration with backend systems, APIs, and cloud services.
o Establish CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
Leadership & Collaboration
o Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals.
o Mentor and coach mobile development teams.
o Drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Quality & Security
o Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., OWASP Mobile Security).
o Implement automated testing strategies for reliability and performance.
o Monitor and optimize app performance across devices and operating systems.
