Location: Chicago, IL (hybrid 4 days)

Skillsets requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Deployment and support for non-prod Ovation applications and related infrastructure ensuring maximum up-time for testing & business teams to complete their test cycles.
- Participate in Production readiness activities such as reviewing/updating runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and Monitoring dashboards.
- AWS DevOps/Support experience, Kafka, Kubernetes (Rancher), Vault, Harness, Jenkins, Artifactory
- Detailed understanding of:
- AWS services relevant to application support, such as EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Hands-on experience with Rancher Kubernetes, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications.
- CI/CD tools such as Artifactory, Jenkins and GIT
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk/SignalFx
- Experience with ServiceNow/JIRA
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
