Summary
Required skills:
- UKG Pro WFM Certification is mandatory.
- Lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation and support.
- Including module configuration, stakeholder requirements, reporting tools, troubleshooting, and integrations with HRIS, payroll, and ERP systems.
Nice to have skills:
- Prior consulting or client-facing UKG implementation experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-country workforce management and labor compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with SQL, SFTP, middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft), reporting, analytics, and data validation techniques.
