REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       Minimum 4–6+ years of progressive experience in data center, telecommunications, or critical IT infrastructure environments, with demonstrated success leading technical teams and complex infrastructure projects in the field.

·       Expert-level knowledge of data center infrastructure, structured copper and fiber cabling, power distribution, network hardware deployment, advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and interpretation of technical documentation, drawings, and project scopes.

·       Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, risk-management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

·       Must be available to travel up to 80% and maintain a valid U.S. passport.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·       Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent military/technical training, preferred.

·       Certifications such as BICSI RCDD, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Server+, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent are a plus.

Hyperscale data-center experience and proficiency with OTDR, OLTS, cable-certification tools, power-quality analysis, DCIM tools, ticketing systems, and project-management platforms are preferred
