Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Level 2 SharePoint Specialist to design, build, and maintain our SharePoint intranet and knowledge base integrated with PowerApps. This role is critical to ensuring seamless site usability, efficient content management, and operational readiness for live call center environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate operational needs into scalable SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Site Design, Structure & User Experience

  • Design, build, and maintain SharePoint intranet and knowledge base architecture.
  • Develop intuitive navigation, page structures, and PowerApps integration.
  • Facilitate stakeholder review cycles and incorporate feedback to improve usability and adoption.
  • Maintain an inventory of pages and sections to ensure consistency and accuracy.
🔹 Content Management & Readiness Coordination
  • Coordinate content intake and population across multiple contributors.
  • Ensure content is organized, searchable, and optimized for live call efficiency.
  • Track and resolve content dependencies and bottlenecks with content owners.
🔹 Requirements Definition & Tooling
  • Translate call center operational needs into SharePoint/PowerApps requirements.
  • Define expectations for connected tooling (performance, accessibility, user volume).
  • Recommend design decisions that reduce navigation friction and improve findability.
🔹 Stakeholder Management & Migration Planning
  • Coordinate sequencing of work and handoffs across technical partners and stakeholders.
  • Support phased migration planning to reduce duplication and clarify knowledge ownership.
🔹 Access Controls & Operational Readiness
  • Define role‑based access and editing permissions (admin, editor, read‑only).
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve SharePoint permissions and access issues.
🔹 Communication & Documentation
  • Produce walkthrough materials and recordings for onboarding and reviews.
  • Maintain clear documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure alignment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience).
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in SharePoint site design, content management, and PowerApps integration.
  • Strong background in stakeholder coordination, operational readiness, and permissions management.
