Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will lead AI initiatives, build ML models, drive AI architecture decisions, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across business use cases.
Develop and optimize machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
Design AI architectures and guide engineering teams on best practices.
Build and deploy Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
Implement solutions using:
Machine Learning
Deep Learning
NLP
Computer Vision
Predictive Analytics
Develop AI pipelines for data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Fine-tune and integrate foundation models and LLMs into enterprise applications.
Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Work with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI.
Improve model performance through tuning, optimization, and experimentation.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Business Teams.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development.
Strong programming experience with Python.
