Role: SAP EPPM Consultant Location: Bellevue, WA Duration: 12 Months
Role description:
SAP EPPM consultant to support large-scale datacenter construction programs.
Responsibilities include designing and configuring WBS, networks, activities, and milestones across the construction lifecycle; managing project budgets, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization; integrating SAP PS with MM/Ariba for contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management; supporting schedule and resource planning; building cost, progress, earned-value, and risk dashboards using SAP and analytics tools; collaborating with Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO teams; and driving process improvements and automation for construction project workflows. Required experience: 8 12 years of SAP PS in project accounting, cost control, budgeting, investment management, and settlement, preferably on large CAPEX construction or EPC projects such as datacenters. Proficiency integrating SAP PS with MM, FICO, and Ariba; exposure to PPM/EPPM/Primavera is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement cycles, change management, progress measurement, and financial controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
