Our client is looking for an Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Functional Consultant for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Solution Architect - OLTP Data Architecture

Location: St. Louis, MO

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Modeling.
Strong hands-on experience with OLTP / transactional systems, primarily in Telecom/Wireless environments.
Expert knowledge of 3NF, normalized data modeling, conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Strong hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler, including Erwin Mart, forward/reverse engineering, and Complete Compare.
Strong experience with Oracle Database, including schema design, tables, keys, constraints, indexes, sequences, and partitioning.
Advanced PL/SQL development and database performance tuning experience.
Strong knowledge of query optimization, execution plans, indexing, locking, concurrency, and high-volume transactions.
Hands-on Python experience for model validation, metadata extraction, schema checks, data profiling, and automation.
Strong experience establishing data governance, standards, naming conventions, data dictionaries, and data quality controls.
Mandatory Telecom/Wireless domain experience with subscriber, account, product, order, activation, provisioning, or device management systems.
Experience with MSISDN, IMSI, ICCID/SIM, IMEI, number portability, rate plans, offers, and entitlements is preferred.
Strong understanding of BSS/OSS ecosystems and telecom transactional platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
