- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap solution design and development.
- Strong background in geospatial databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle Spatial).
- Proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
- DevOps & ALM Familiarity: Experience with Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers.
