Location: Newark, DE (Fully Onsite)
Length of Assignment: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $50/hr - $65/hr all-in rate

Job Description
Supervisory role leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting remediation efforts following regulatory findings. Focused on execution, coordination, and delivery of remediation workstreams across capital and electromechanical manufacturing processes.

Must Have:

Medical device manufacturing experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of PFMEA, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and remediation execution

Nice to Have:

Prior remediation or FDA response experience
Capital equipment or inspection system exposure
