Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Sr
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH
Ability to work remote: in office 5 days per week
Intended length of Assignment: through 3/31/2027

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and business rules
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development and testing cycles
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing collaboration with the Agile team
• Ensure requirements align with platform capabilities and overall customer communication strategy
Must Have Technical Skills:
• Agile experience complete with user story creation
• Data mapping experience for adding new tables/fields to systems or for passing data from one system to another
• Ability to support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing
• JIRA, Confluence and MS Office experience
• Understand the development, testing, release cycle
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
• Ability to run SQL scripts for testing and validation purposes
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8 years experience required.
