ERP Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join our team in Mentor, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, excels at analyzing business processes, and drives system improvements. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows and ensuring efficient use of ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with team members to optimize ERP systems and streamline operations.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
Provide support and training to users on ERP functionalities.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of ERP data through regular audits and monitoring.
Work independently and proactively to address system-related challenges.
Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP systems, including testing and troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for process automation and drive efforts to implement them.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system updates and enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with programming in Microsoft or Oracle Database is preferred.
Experience with ERP implementation or knowledge of ERP Cloud systems is a plus.
A process-oriented mindset with a focus on optimization and automation.
