Overview:
We're seeking a senior-level IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, driving delivery of enterprise technology solutions. This role focuses heavily on requirements gathering, process improvement, and managing demand intake through ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and validate business & system requirements
Translate business needs into functional/technical specs
Analyze and optimize business processes (automation, efficiency gains)
Manage intake and prioritization via ServiceNow Demand Management
Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
Support UAT and ensure alignment with business expectations
Partner cross-functionally across IT and business units
Track project progress, risks, and stakeholder communication
Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for documentation and analysis

Required:

3-5+ years as an IT Business Analyst
Strong experience with ServiceNow (Demand Management module)
Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot or similar)
Strong documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
Excellent stakeholder communication
Utilities or energy industry experience

Preferred:

Agile / Waterfall experience
Power BI or advanced Excel
CBAP or PMI-PBA
