Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe ecosystem integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience designing enterprise customer experience solutions, real-time personalization, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation.

Mandatory Skills

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Architecture, Real-Time CDP, data modeling, XDM schemas, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.

• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – Real-time journey orchestration, campaign management, and personalization.

• Adobe Ecosystem Integration – AEP, AJO, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Frontend Integration – React/Next.js and integration with AEM/AEP.

• Agentic AI – AI-driven campaign optimization, content personalization, and journey automation.

• Architecture Leadership – Solution design, data governance, customer experience strategy, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Adobe experience architecture across marketing, content, data, and customer journeys.

• Architect AEP Real-Time CDP, AJO, AEM, Workfront, and CJA integrations.

• Define XDM schemas, identity resolution, customer profiles, segmentation, and activation strategies.

• Lead AI-driven personalization, campaign optimization, and customer journey automation.

• Guide frontend integration, architecture standards, and technical teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead solution design workshops.
