Technical Product Manager

The Technical Product Manager will lead the planning, development, and delivery of technical products and solutions that align with business strategy and customer needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical leads and internal teams to define end-to-end system architectures and ensure compliance with established standards and frameworks. This role involves managing complex technical initiatives while maintaining alignment with architectural, engineering, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Technical Architecture & Design
· Work closely with developers, data scientists, and AI engineers to ensure technical alignment and feasibility of product features.
· Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal design and user experience for clients and end-users of AI agents.
· Achieve architectural alignment in collaboration with technical leads and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
· Data & AI Management
· Define strategies for gathering, cleaning, and managing data required to train and improve AI models.
· Work with AI researchers and engineers to continuously improve and tune models powering AI agents.
· Monitor AI performance using data and feedback to optimize behavior, accuracy, and client value.
· Client & Delivery Management
· Serve as a bridge between technical teams and clients by explaining AI capabilities and constraints and translating client needs into technical specifications.
· Ensure effective client training and onboarding for deployment, usage, and optimization of AI agents.
· Manage post-launch support and feature updates to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
· Compliance & Governance
· Ensure the build and delivery approach adheres to PwC InfoSec Policies & Standards.
· Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and legal standards, particularly around data privacy.
· Promote ethical AI by minimizing bias and ensuring fairness in AI-driven decision-making.
