Location: Shelton, CT onsite
Type: Contract-to-Hire or Full-time

For our direct client, a precision manufacturing company well-established here in Connecticut, we seek an experienced Software & Power BI Developer. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to drive key integration and reporting initiatives as the company modernizes its manufacturing and ERP systems, and data and analytics infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and data models to support operations and management.

• Help integrate the ERP and MES systems to improve real-time visibility into production and work-in-progress data.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights.

What we re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and data integration. (API s, .net, python, etc.)

• Experience working with ERP systems (Infor LN or similar) is a plus

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems or MES platforms(i.e. Aegis FactoryLogix)

• Local candidates only the company has a 5 days/week onsite work schedule.
