Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractDuration: 12 months Role Overview
This position is for a JIRA expert to support the global technology infrastructure organization's transition to a product-centric operating model. The role involves managing work for critical cross-organizational programs through JIRA. The specialist will ensure proper management of multiple programs, assist in the transition to JIRA, and develop processes, documentation, and training for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA.
- Assist in transitioning teams and projects to JIRA.
- Develop JIRA-related processes, documentation, and training materials.
- Design, code, and maintain Confluence sites.
- Utilize AGILE project management principles to guide projects.
- Manage tasks and projects with a high degree of organization and detail.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of JIRA expertise in complex environments, including proficiency with Issue Collectors, reporting, and JQL. Experience with AGILE project management principles is required.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Confluence site design, coding, and maintenance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process design, simplification, and efficiency.
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment, such as banking.
Work Environment
This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week onsite in Chandler, AZ. The first day will be onsite.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate Range: $60.00/hr - $62.10/hr
