Note	- Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview. - Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. - Candidates must be local to Michigan at time of submission.
Job Description	Top Skills & Years of Experience: - 5+ years of experience in full stack application development. - 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET C# including building APIs and server-side logic. - 5+ years of experience in SQL Server. Key Responsibilities: Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts. Ensure clean code practices, proper architecture patterns, and adherence to development standards. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and DevOps deployment processes. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in full stack application development. 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with React for front-end development. 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET C# including building APIs and server-side logic. 5+ years of experience in SQL Server.
