Senior Manager Product - Travel Commerce (Remote)

The Senior Manager Product - Travel Commerce is responsible for feature level execution and delivery support for air product initiatives. This role focuses on requirements development, testing coordination, release readiness, and operational validation to ensure air capabilities are delivered accurately and consistently across markets.

The role is hands on and detail oriented, working closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure high quality execution and smooth rollout of air features and integrations.

As a Senior Manager Product - Travel Commerce, you will
  • Support feature?level definition and refinement within air product initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate and execute UAT and functional validation, including XML and API behavior
  • Validate servicing flows, edge cases, and operational scenarios
  • Manage defect triage, issue tracking, and support cases related to air integrations
  • Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure delivery meets functional and operational expectations
  • Support deployment activities and confirm configuration accuracy across points of sale
  • Enable regional teams with release notes, known limitations, and operational guidance
  • Monitor post?release performance and support issue resolution as needed


About you
  • Strong Travel and hospitality industry experience
  • Solid understanding of corporate travel management and business
  • Expert product management ownership in air content and supplier integration
  • Expertise in complex systems integration, NDC, low-cost carrier models, and multi-channel
  • Experience leading major cross-domain initiatives with global and regional scope
  • Proficiency in supporting product strategy, producing product documentation, and strengthening product management governance
  • Proficiency with XML and JSON API implementation
  • Proficiency in M365 tools including AI assistants
  • Fluent in business English and effective in oral, written, and presentation communication
