Job Summary::

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Trainer to deliver technical training on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, automation workflows, and RPA implementation, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The candidate will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting instructor-led sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations, and mentoring learners on UiPath automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on UiPath RPA tools and technologies.
• Train participants on UiPath Studio, Studio Web, Orchestrator, and automation workflow development.
• Explain UiPath activities, variables, arguments, selectors, data tables, exception handling, and debugging.
• Provide hands-on exercises and real-world automation use cases.
• Train learners on Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework), reusable components, and automation best practices.
• Introduce UiPath Assistant, queues, assets, triggers, scheduling, and job management.
• Explain integration with Excel, Outlook, databases, web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop course materials, presentations, lab exercises, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor participants in troubleshooting, debugging, and building production-ready automation workflows.
• Stay updated on UiPath platform enhancements and emerging automation capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development and automation.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Knowledge of workflows, selectors, variables, arguments, data manipulation, and exception handling.
• Experience with REFramework and reusable automation components.
• Understanding of attended and unattended automation.
• Experience integrating UiPath with Excel, Outlook, web applications, databases, and APIs.
• Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Certified Professional certification, such as Automation Developer Associate or Professional.
• Experience delivering corporate or technical training programs.
• Knowledge of Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, and intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with VB.NET or C# and basic programming concepts.
• Exposure to UiPath AI-powered automation and agentic automation capabilities.
