AI Solutions Engineer to help deliver intelligent applications that combine modern software engineering with generative AI capabilities.
This role is centered on building and operationalizing AI-powered solutions that solve customer and business challenges at scale. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-enabled applications, from designing integrations and deploying new capabilities to establishing monitoring, evaluation, and performance standards.
The ideal candidate has experience taking AI initiatives beyond proof-of-concept and into production environments where reliability, scalability, and measurable business impact matter. This position offers the opportunity to work on highly visible initiatives while partnering closely with engineering and product teams on the future of AI-driven experiences. Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
- 4+ years of experience implementing AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered capabilities in commercial applications
- Strong programming experience with Python, Go, Java, or similar technologies
- Experience building APIs, backend services, and scalable application architectures
- Experience integrating AI technologies into customer-facing or business-critical platforms
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern application development practices
- Experience with performance monitoring, system reliability, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with generative AI platforms and large language models
- Experience building intelligent automation or agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with AI evaluation, testing, and quality measurement techniques
- Knowledge of observability and production monitoring tools
- Experience supporting AI systems after deployment
- Familiarity with microservices and distributed system architectures
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered application capabilities within production environments
- Design services and integrations that support intelligent workflows and customer experiences
- Connect AI technologies with existing software platforms and business systems
- Develop evaluation and monitoring approaches for measuring AI effectiveness
- Improve application reliability, scalability, and operational performance
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting AI-enabled systems
- Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and technical planning initiatives
- Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization efforts across AI applications
- Drive continuous improvements to engineering processes and standards
