Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Author to create, manage, and publish digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality web content, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering an exceptional user experience across digital platforms. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, design, development, and business stakeholders to support enterprise digital content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, update, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Manage website pages, templates, components, and digital assets within AEM Assets (DAM).
• Execute content publishing activities following established workflows for review, approval, scheduling, and version control.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and quality requirements.
• Support multilingual and localized content publishing across digital channels.
• Perform routine content maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with design, development, marketing, and business teams to implement content enhancements and updates.
• Validate content display, functionality, and responsiveness across multiple browsers and devices.
• Apply SEO best practices to optimize content discoverability and performance.
• Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and overall user experience standards.

Required Skills

• 6 8 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong hands-on experience with AEM Authoring and Content Management.
• Experience managing pages, templates, components, and digital assets (DAM).
• Knowledge of content publishing workflows, approvals, scheduling, and version control.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience supporting multilingual and localized content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large enterprise digital environments.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Understanding of digital marketing and content lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
