Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Service Delivery Management: Oversee the daily availability, performance, and stability of the Blue Yonder WMS. Ensure all IT service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Incident & Escalation Management: Lead root-cause analysis and resolve system outages, user bottlenecks, and critical operational escalations
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations teams, IT support staff, and third-party vendors.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify operational pain points and translate them into configuration changes or enhancements using standard Blue Yonder WMS functionalities
• Team Leadership & Governance: Manage, mentor, and mentor a team of WMS analysts, super users, and technical leads
