Summary

Job Title: Customer Success Manager – UiPath
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager – UiPath to drive customer adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion of UiPath automation solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with enterprise customers to ensure successful automation outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact post-implementation.
Drive onboarding, adoption, success plans, KPIs, and ROI tracking.
Conduct business reviews and identify automation expansion opportunities.
Act as a customer advocate and coordinate with internal teams.
Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Guide customers on UiPath best practices, governance, and Automation CoE maturity.

Required Skills:

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management.
Understanding of UiPath RPA platform and automation solutions.
Experience working with enterprise customers.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

UiPath certifications (Business Analyst, Advanced Developer, Solution Architect).
Experience with RPA, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, Process Mining, SAP, or Oracle.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
