Job Summary We are seeking a Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst to partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive clarity, strategy, and execution across complex initiatives. This role involves analyzing and translating business and system requirements, supporting large-scale platform capabilities, and acting as a key bridge between business objectives and technical implementation in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions. Identify, analyze, and translate business and system requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces by defining requirements and shaping solution approaches. Break down complex initiatives into MVP-driven, phased deliveries. Lead cross-functional collaboration across the full product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop user stories, system flows, and workflow documentation. Create and maintain UML diagrams and system documentation. Evaluate solution options and tradeoffs considering cost, scalability, risk, and time-to-market. Act as a primary point of contact between business and technical teams. Support vendor interactions and contribute to agreement discussions as needed. Assess outcomes, measure impact, and support roadmap evolution using data and feedback. Work on capabilities related to account management, communications, and transaction processing. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical or related field. 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, or technical product roles. Strong experience in requirements gathering, use case development, data analysis, and system workflows. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity. Experience writing user stories and creating system documentation. Working knowledge of APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in a related field. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and SaaS environments. Experience working in financial services or brokerage domains. Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with vendor coordination and stakeholder management. Education: Bachelors Degree
