Job Title: Product Engineer (Google Workspace SME)
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite – Local preferred, relocation OK)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Engineer / Google Workspace SME to lead administration, automation, security, and integration of enterprise collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and enterprise-scale migrations and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SME for Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart
- Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and architecture of collaboration platforms
- Lead enterprise-wide rollouts, upgrades, and change management initiatives
- Implement and enforce security and governance policies (DLP, SSO/SAML, OAuth, data residency)
- Develop automation solutions using Google Apps Script, GAM, Python, or PowerShell
- Drive integration of collaboration tools with enterprise systems and workflows
- Lead data migration projects (e.g., M365 to Google Workspace)
- Partner with InfoSec, IAM, Compliance, and leadership teams
- Optimize license usage and IT asset management
- Evaluate new tools and define collaboration strategy and roadmap
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Google Workspace Administration
- Hands-on with Smartsheet (Admin level)
- Experience with Google Infrastructure / Workspace Engineering
- Scripting experience: Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM
- Security & compliance: DLP, SSO/SAML, OAuth, governance controls
- Experience with enterprise migrations and global rollouts
- Integration experience across enterprise platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience mentoring or guiding technical teams
- Strong stakeholder communication (InfoSec, IAM, business teams)
- Experience driving enterprise collaboration strategy
- Project leadership in large-scale migrations or upgrades
