Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50.00 
Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency management techniques

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept through implementation

• Facilitate sprint planning and stand-up meetings across the full project lifecycle

• Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex, multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans

• Provide clear visibility into project status and progress for teams and stakeholders

• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks; define and drive mitigation plans

• Ensure alignment with business needs and successful delivery within estimated timelines

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant IT project management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills

• Ability to effectively manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations
