Govan Systems is seeking an Integration Developer for a Pennsylvania transportation agency client (PTC Journi project).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C# and Azure cloud technologies
• - Design and implement integrations between SAP, CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR systems and external systems (payment gateways, backend databases, traffic management systems)
• - Design and optimize IVR systems for tolling customer interactions, integrated with CRM and tolling back-end systems
• - Assess integration options for high-volume processing; apply best practices for on-demand open APIs
• - Develop RESTful APIs, microservices and custom middleware; Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, dead-letter queues)
• - Drive continuous improvement of technical integrations, data flows and performance
• - Document all work (technical/functional designs, diagrams, test plans, impact analysis)
• Required:
• - 8+ years as a Developer with Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects
• - Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
• Desired:
• - 10+ years of complex systems integrations within SAP, MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure
• - C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API; JSON/XML transformation; secure coding
• - Prior experience with PA Turnpike tolling solutions
• - Must pass ePATCH and National Criminal background checks; onsite 1 week per month in Middletown, PA
