Required Skills & Experience

8-10+ years of experience designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
Strong Java Core development with extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming.
Must have solid platform integration experience.
Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR etc.
Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
Databases -RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
SDLC/Dev Ops - GitHub, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, any secure coding toolkits
Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use
Ability to lead and coach junior developers

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree/University degree
Experience with React JS
Experience in financial or banking sector, automated testing experience
Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot

What You Will Be Doing

Hands-on development position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
Overall objective of this role is to building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications with the ability to operate with minimal level of direct supervision.
