💰 Rate: $55–$60/hr on W2
🔥 MUST-HAVE
✅ 5+ years of recent hands-on Tableau experience — Mandatory
✅ Strong Power BI development experience
✅ Advanced SQL skills
✅ Experience building executive & operational dashboards
✅ Data integration across multiple sources
✅ Python or similar scripting for data transformation
✅ Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, joins, aggregations & window functions
• Integrate databases, APIs, flat files, and enterprise data sources
• Build data normalization and transformation pipelines using Python
• Create reliable metrics and KPIs across multiple data domains
• Apply data visualization best practices and intuitive dashboard design
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements
• Automate recurring reporting processes
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Document data lineage and reporting logic
