Position Introduction/Key Duties
Cimarron is seeking a Part-Time
Access Administrator to support Boeing Aerospace Operations (BAO) on the KATS contract in Vienna, VA.
Key Duties:- Open and close company suites on weekends and federal holidays.
- Monitor and control physical access to company property.
- Verify authorized credentials and confirm personnel are correctly identified and authorized for access.
- Produce and issue identification credentials in accordance with company requirements.
- Operate company facility and security equipment.
- Produce and maintain locks, keys, and other physical access hardware.
- Enforce compliance with company access policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain required records, logs, and databases in the provided data management systems in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to authorized inquiries regarding access and credentials.
- Identify problems and recommend solutions concerning credentials, access devices, and access control systems.
- Serve as floor warden for building evacuations and first responder for health and safety emergencies.
- Provide escort for contractors and vendors.
- Initiate call-outs to company management as required.
Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- 2 or more years of directly related experience.
- Availability to work 50 to 75 hours per month on weekends and federal holidays (0700 to 1900 Saturdays/Sundays; 0600 to 2100 federal holidays).
- Working knowledge of record keeping requirements, pertinent databases, logs, and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to complete required on-the-job training.
- High School Diploma.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:- Prior experience in physical security, access control, or badging operations.
- Experience with electronic access control and badging systems.
- Experience with lock and key control programs.
- Familiarity with SCIF operations and access control procedures.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
