Associate Stores Marketing Strategist
The Associate Stores Marketing Strategy role will work with our client’s marketing and support the execution of seasonal marketing. Member of the brand experience pod, ensuring that our internal brick-and-mortar channels receive accurate marketing to set their business up for success. The candidate will work to be proficient in store formats and signage types for brands and strive to bring efficiencies and creative problem-solving to aid in the production process.
Responsibilities:
o Own creation of store marketing orders through the In-Store Marketing Software using JIRA briefs made from Stores Marketing Lead.
o Strong partnership with fellow brand experience team members, procurement, visual merchandising, store operations, and creative teams to ensure accurate, clear, and concise store marketing orders.
o Works with key cross-functional partners to determine store purge lists and overall management of store sign library.
o Manage store marketing reference tools that direct seasonal campaign placements, as well as daily promotional strategies across all regions.
o Consistently monitor the forums that Manager’s use to communicate with the Office to address any marketing issues. These include order and delivery questions, reorder issues, and general questions.
o Manage the seasonal floor set test marketing requests using the JIRA software and creation of the final test signage.
o Responsible for auditing all store marketing files before they go to print, ensuring original intent and strategy is brought to life through the creative artwork
o Oversee the language translation process for international stores marketing and partnering with the third-party translator vendor.
o Supports store marketing experience and planning strategy- seeing through select stores initiatives from experience sprint to execution.
o Build relationships with store ops team to consistently receive feedback from stores on how customers experience our marketing and bring back opportunity to store marketing leads.
o Works to understands the various store types, sign sizes, and marketing hardware.
o Support the execution of POS screens and store video screens, including relationship with IT/store media partners.
o Own New Store Opening processes and execution, including:
o Support Stores Marketing Lead in elevated experience execution with creating store reference tools and applicable marketing orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
- Highly attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Jira experience is a plus
- Experience in a fast paced, multi-channel retail environment is preferred
- Global perspective and international experience a plus
