Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Duck Creek Billing solutions

Work on invoicing, payment plans, commissions, collections, write-offs, and billing workflows

Develop integrations using APIs, web services, and batch jobs

Support data migration from legacy systems

Troubleshoot billing and reconciliation issues

Collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile environment

Candidates with strong Duck Creek Billing implementation experience and P&C insurance billing knowledge will be prioritized.
