Schedule: (10-hour shifts; Wed - Sun 6am to 4pm and Sun-Wed 4pm-2am.)
OverviewWe are supporting a global biotech organization specializing in live organ donor transport, and we are looking to fill two openings on the IT Support team. The team provides mission-critical support across a mixed Mac/Windows environment with a strong focus on customer-facing, white-glove service.
Job Responsibilities- Provide onsite end-user support for both Mac and Windows systems
- Respond to support calls, emails, walk-ups, and escalations
- Perform software & hardware break/fix
- Build and deploy new images
- Manage incidents and ticket updates/closures
- Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, OS issues, software, drivers, and add-ins
- Complete general onsite IT technical tasks as needed
Top Skills & Experience Required - 3+ years Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience ( Engineers 3+ years minimum)
- Prior team lead experience (scheduling, mentoring, escalation management) - Lead role only
- Advanced technical skillset, including:
- PowerShell scripting (running/pushing scripts, updates, automations)
- Active Directory (creating groups, assigning apps, access control)
- O365 administration
- OKTA, JAMF, MDM
- Apple Business Manager, Intune, Azure
- Microsoft Entra ID (IAM)
- Strong macOS & Windows troubleshooting experience
- Excellent customer service/white-glove support skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- ServiceNow or other ITSM platform experience
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
