Summary

Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Lead 

Location :  TX - Dallas, OH - Strongsville, AZ - Phoenix 

Duration : Contract to Hire 

 

 Current initiatives/project(s) :  The resource will assist with ongoing change requests, automation enhancements, and data quality improvements designed to streamline user experience, reduce manual processing, and improve governance and audit readiness.  

 Industry background:  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise Salesforce administration, preferably within financial services or another highly regulated industry, and possess 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce-based platforms such as Fusion Risk Management. 

 

Roles/Responsibilities:  

  • This candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor within the team, working alongside functional experts while owning complex system administration responsibilities. 
  • They will be a key partner in designing and maintaining automation, integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements, and will be relied upon for deep Salesforce and Fusion expertise. 
  • The role requires a high degree of independence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions. 

Core responsibilities include administering and maintaining existing automation, workflows, approval and return processes, validation rules, and notifications that support the Business Resiliency lifecycle. 

  • The resource will actively support users, troubleshoot system issues, manage access and security, and ensure the platform continues to function as a reliable system of record with accurate and complete data.  

Must Have Technical Skills:  

1. Salesforce Platform Administration  

•                      6+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce Lightning in a complex enterprise environment 

•                      Strong expertise in configuration-based solutions including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, record-triggered automation, and reporting/dashboards 

•                      Experience supporting Salesforce as a system of record with high data integrity and governance requirements

 

2. Fusion Risk Management Platform Experience  

•                      Direct experience administering or supporting Fusion Risk Management built on the Salesforce platform, or comparable GRC, risk, or resiliency solutions delivered via Salesforce PaaS 

•                      Familiarity working within a vendor-provided Salesforce framework while configuring and extending functionality without custom code 

 

3. Automation & Workflow Design  

•                      Proven experience designing and maintaining end-to-end automation, including approvals/returns, notifications, alerts, scheduled processes, and user task management 

•                      Ability to improve efficiency while enforcing governance through automated controls and validation logic 

 

4. External Data Integrations & APIs  

•  Experience supporting system-to-system integrations, including inbound and outbound data flows using

APIs, middleware, or integration tools  

•  Ability to troubleshoot data issues, validate feeds, and support enhancements involving upstream or downstream enterprise systems 

 

5. Security, Access, and Identity Integration  

•  Experience managing role-based access, profiles, permission sets, and user provisioning 

•  Familiarity with SSO and identity integrations (e.g., Azure AD, MFA, external access controls) in a regulated environment 

 

6. Change Management, Testing, and Release Support  

•  Experience working in sandbox environments, supporting testing cycles, releases, and controlled promotion of changes to production 

•  Ability to support frequent change requests while minimizing risk to existing users and data 

 

7. Reporting, Data Quality, and Governance  

•                      Strong skills in building and maintaining reports and dashboards that support oversight, audit, and regulatory needs 

•                      Experience implementing data quality controls and monitoring to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness 

 

Education/Certifications:  

Salesforce Certified
