Role: SAP Customer Operations – Invoicing Support

Work Location: Bellevue, Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Operations Consultant specializing in Invoicing Support. The candidate will support order-to-cash operations, billing, invoicing, and customer billing processes within SAP SD while ensuring accurate invoice generation and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP SD billing and invoicing processes.
  • Configure billing, pricing, and order-to-cash workflows.
  • Resolve customer invoicing issues.
  • Work closely with finance and customer operations teams.
  • Perform testing during system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Analyze billing discrepancies and recommend solutions.
  • Support month-end and financial closing activities.
  • Document business processes and system changes.
