The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex, cross functional IT initiatives within Indirect Procurement, with a strong focus on M&A integration, platform migration, technology consolidation, and software licensing rationalization. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large scale, enterprise IT programs in post merger environments and excels at driving alignment between technology, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
Lead multiple, concurrent IT projects focused on Indirect Procurement systems, including sourcing, P2P, contract management, supplier management, and spend analytics platforms.
Own end to end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive level reporting.
M&A Integration & Technology Enablement
Drive post merger IT integration efforts related to indirect procurement capabilities, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Lead platform migration initiatives (e.g., legacy system decommissioning, ERP and procurement platform transitions).
Partner with business and IT leadership to define future state architecture aligned to enterprise standards.
Ensure seamless data migration, validation, and business continuity during cutover events.
Technology Consolidation & Licensing Optimization
Lead initiatives to rationalize procurement related applications, eliminating redundant tools and reducing technical debt.
Partner with IT Asset Management, Procurement, and Finance teams to:
o Assess software usage
o Optimize contracts and license positioning
o Reduce vendor and licensing spend
Support vendor evaluations, RFPs, contract negotiations, and renewals from a technology perspective.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT leaders.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Drive organizational change management, including communications, training coordination, and adoption planning.
Align workstreams across internal teams and external vendors/system integrators.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure projects adhere to enterprise IT governance, security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks specific to M&A integration, platform consolidation, and vendor transitions.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to procurement systems and technology assets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
8-12+ years of IT project or program management experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting Indirect Procurement technologies (e.g., P2P, sourcing, contract management, spend analytics).
Proven success managing M&A related IT integrations, including platform migrations and system consolidations.
Strong understanding of software licensing models, IT asset management, and vendor management.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Planview).
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certification strongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
