Must-Have Skills:

• Experience connecting enterprise strategy with business processes, capabilities, data, organizational needs, and technology decisions.
• Strong ability to assess initiatives, develop business cases and alternatives analysis, identify duplication/integration opportunities, and support executive decision-making.
• Experience supporting architecture and governance reviews, maintaining enterprise capability visibility, and collaborating with business leaders, data teams, PMO, and IT.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience shaping initiatives before project execution and identifying enterprise-wide impacts.
• Strong business-oriented analytical and stakeholder management skills.
