Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: MO-St. Louis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Agility practice. Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.

Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding and translate Compliance requirements into Technology requirements for IT, Engineering, and Security teams

Coordinate with Compliance experts and Information Security teams to combine multiple perspectives into a comprehensive set of requirements

Collaborate to develop procedures and evidence requirements to meet control objectives

Partner with architects to understand the Enclave Strategy and Boundary to create capability and functional requirements

Develop an understanding of the Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) definition and facilitate discovery and documentation of data flow related to FCI and CUI

Facilitate evaluation of technology platforms with respect to the requirements to drive gap analysis and remediation planning

Analyze business partner operations to understand FCI and CUI usage to determine opportunities to modify processes, functions, and systems to achieve compliance objectives

Oversee implementation, coordinate tests, and observe initiation of the system to validate achievement of business objectives

Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to develop a common understanding of requirements and expected outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

8 years of business systems or IT related experience

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities

Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.

Knowledge of CMMC Level 2 Controls and Control Objectives

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 or the hourly equivalent.
