Technical Lead

Technical Lead – MS Dynamics 365

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in aligning IT systems with business operations and leading technical teams in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Supply Chain Management implementations within government or public sector environments.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of IT solutions aligned with business processes.
• Manage and guide technical teams in Agile development environments.
• Drive MS Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and government agencies to deliver solutions effectively.
• Support complex projects involving coordination between federal, state, and local government entities.
• Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and technical leadership across project phases.

<>Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Equivalent additional experience may substitute for education requirements.

<>Preferred / Desired Skills

• Additional years of relevant experience beyond the minimum requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Supply Chain Management.
• Experience working in complex government environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on government projects, ideally in healthcare or public health sectors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Agile software development teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
