Salesforce Admin
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin to support enterprise customer support operations, portal enablement, and ongoing Salesforce optimization initiatives. This role will focus on Salesforce Service Cloud administration, Experience Cloud support, operational reporting, process improvements, and agent enablement across multiple service tracks.
The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
The selected candidate will own day-to-day Salesforce administration activities including case queues, routing rules, entitlement management, SLA milestones, user access provisioning, Salesforce Knowledge administration, and customer onboarding support.
This role will also partner closely with development teams, program managers, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, support customer portal initiatives, and drive continuous platform enhancements.
