Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer
Client: Federal Government
Ref# GAO-2
Location: Remote with occasional travel to the client site in Washington, DC. Candidates must currently live within a commutable distance of the office.
Employment Type: W2 on ExpediteInfoTech's payroll. This position requires a Permanent resident or a U.S. citizen. The selected candidate will go through a Public Trust Clearance process.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure solution/service requirements are met.
Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products.
Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing. Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports.
Serve as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex solution/service applications.
Direct and/or participate in all phases of risk management assessments and solution/service development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design, and test tools selection.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute automated test strategies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and security validation testing.

Establish and execute testing strategies across the portfolio, including:

Automated test framework development (Selenium, Cypress, PyTest, JUnit)
Unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
API testing (REST/GraphQL)
Performance, load, and scalability testing (JMeter, k6, etc.)
Data pipeline and analytics output validation
Security and compliance validation testing
Test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
Defect tracking, root cause analysis, and remediation validation
Experience in testing AI projects in an AWS environment
Experience with AWS is preferred
ATO testing and validation support
