Job Title: Robotics Perception Engineer
Job Location: Watertown, MA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Very Important:
- Must work onsite 5 days/week in Watertown, MA
- 2–5 Years of Robotics Software Engineering Experience Required
- Startup or small-team robotics experience
- Experience with real robotic or autonomous systems
- Strong hardware-software integration experience required
Must Have:
- 2–5 years of experience building software for robotic or autonomous systems
- Experience integrating software with real robotic hardware
- Strong C++ and/or Python programming skills
- Experience debugging across hardware, sensors, application logic, and runtime systems
- Experience with perception and sensor pipelines
- Hands-on experience with LiDAR, RGBD Cameras, Point Clouds, or Sensor Calibration
- Experience with SLAM and multi-sensor robotics systems
- Experience working in robotics, autonomous vehicles, defense robotics, or field robotics
- Ability to work across hardware and software teams
- Experience solving complex cross-functional engineering problems
Preferred:
- Robot Arms or Gripper Integration
- Autonomous Vehicle Experience
- Field Robotics Experience
- AI-Assisted Development Tools
- Strong understanding of robotics deployment and production environments
- BS/MS in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
