Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience .. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java development along with hands-on experience in IAM technologies, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.

Implement and support IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.

Integrate applications with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.

Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.

Work with OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and LDAP protocols.

Collaborate ith security teams to enforce access controls and compliance standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance and security-related issues.

Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding practices.

Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Required Skills:

Strong experience in Java (Java 8 or above) and Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with IAM concepts and tools.

Experience with authentication & authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).

Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and identity governance.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services or banking domain.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

Knowledge of DevSecOps and security best practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and security.
