Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of Infor Visual ERP (v 7.1.2 SP1)
Candidate should be good in functional skill
Candidate should be good in technical skill as well

Roles & Responsibilities

Incidents analysis and resolution
Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
