Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a Agile Lean Coach.

Mandatory skills

1. Must have a Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Must have a minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in ERP systems, IT project delivery, and business systems analysis.
3. Must have a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (or equivalent) from a recognized certifying organization such as ASQ, IASSC, CSSC, or equivalent.
4. Must have eight (8) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects, including at least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design, meeting CMAS requirements.
5. Must have more than seven (7) years of experience performing Lean coaching services, working directly with business teams to analyze, optimize, and refine complex processes using Lean methodologies.
6. Must have more than five (5) years of business process reengineering (BPR) experience, including redesign and optimization of business workflows in IT and ERP environments.
7. Must possess advanced educational qualifications (e.g., Master s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline).
