Our esteemed enterprise is in the process of revamping its Human Capital Management (HCM) infrastructure through the deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM and an avant-garde enterprise data amalgamation framework. The quest is for a seasoned HCM Solution Architect, who will play an instrumental role in carving out the technological directive in unison with the architectural division. This position is pivotal in sculpting our future HCM schema and ensuring seamless cooperation with contingents in product management, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development to deliver cutting-edge, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate close collaborations with architecture peers, product management, and key business players to capture organizational requirements and engineer state-of-the-art HCM and data amalgamation systems.
- Actively contribute to the strategic design of a hybridized framework, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Azure for data integration.
- Strategize and consult on sophisticated Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud configurations and cohesive system integrations.
- Assure the adherence of solutions to organizational guidelines, security protocols, and recognized cloud service norms.
- Develop comprehensive architectural delineations and take part in technical adjudication gatherings.
- Empower software development factions to embrace novel integration modalities and technological infrastructures.
- Offer unparalleled support for critical production impediments through adept diagnostic prowess.
Mandatory Proficiency:
- Profound acumen in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, covering a multitude of domains including, but not limited to, system configurations, role-based security protocols, Human Data Loader (HDL), OTBI/BIP, HCM Extracts, Payroll Processes, and Fast Formula scripts.
- Practical engagement with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Solid grounding in PL/SQL, RESTful API interactions, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) methodologies, asynchronous data flows, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and version control paradigms.
Desirable Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Azure cloud service offerings (possession of relevant certifications is meritorious).
- Competence in Databricks, Kafka, Informatica Integration Data Management Cloud (IDMC), or akin data management platforms.
- Versatility in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting languages, and automated testing routines.
- Experience with GitHub, LeanIX or similar toolchains.
