Endtoend Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) ownership roadmap, requirements, user stories, functional specs, and feature prioritization.

Strong Product Management execution Agile/Scrum, backlog management, MVP definition, crossfunctional coordination with Eng/QA/UX.

Handson use of AI for productivity measurement developer/tester efficiency metrics, velocity forecasting, code quality scoring, defect prediction.

Experience with AIenabled QA/testing test automation, AIgenerated test cases, regression automation, quality engineering metrics.

Ability to design, develop, and deliver product functionality prototyping, product design, launch planning, product performance analytics.

Datadriven decision making using KPIs/OKRs, adoption metrics, engagement analytics, and AIpowered dashboards.

Focus on continuous improvement through AI insights, workflow optimization, and product health monitoring.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project/Product Manager with strong AI expertise to drive AI adoption across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This is a hands-on individual contributor role partnering with Product and Engineering teams to implement AI solutions, improve delivery, and establish scalable best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI adoption across Product and Engineering teams.

Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI throughout the PDLC.

Develop AI playbooks, standards, and reusable best practices.

Coach teams on AI-enabled workflows and process improvements.

Ensure Responsible AI practices, including security, governance, and compliance.

Measure AI impact on productivity, quality, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management, Software Engineering, or Technology Consulting experience.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot).

Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).

Experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.

A strategic, hands-on leader who can influence cross-functional teams, translate AI innovation into practical solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.
