Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, and management of materials, supplies and equipment.
  • Receives and prepares incoming materials for input into inventory.
  • Verifies the quantity and condition of materials.
  • Loads/unloads boxes, pallets, etc. onto truck for delivery.
  • Prepares records of goods shipped and received, maintains accurate inventory count and resolves discrepancies via appropriate computer program.
  • Sorts and places materials on rack or shelves according to predetermined sequence.
  • Assists in performing physical inventory to ensure adequate stocking levels.
  • Utilizes appropriate method of identification for labeling materials; i.e. bar codes.
  • May prepare parcels for mailing or pallets for outbound shipping.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and work area, which may include basic janitorial duties.
  • Able to accommodate rushed and established Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills: - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Zero to one year of related experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to understand basic instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Basic reading, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Computer experience in Word and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
