A leading financial services organization is seeking experienced Program Managers to support a large-scale merger and
integration initiative.
This is a high-visibility, enterprise-wide program that will significantly expand the organization's operational footprint and customer
base.
This role is ideal for hands-on, execution-focused Program Managers with direct financial services M&A experience who thrive in complex, fast-moving
environments and are comfortable working closely with both business and technology leaders
Required Qualifications
Expert-level Program Management experience in Financial Services or Banking
Direct M&A experience supporting financial institution mergers
Proven success managing technology or product implementation programs
Strong background in risk management and enterprise delivery
Demonstrated experience with business process mapping
Comfortable operating hands-on and driving execution
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute enterprise-level merger and acquisition programs
Manage multiple workstreams across business units, technology, and operations
Partner closely with business, technology, and executive stakeholders
Build and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Drive business process mapping and integration activities
Deliver clear status reporting and executive communications

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
